The father of a verbally challenged autistic son, Jonathan has a B.S. from the School of Speech (Northwestern), an M.S. in Communication Design (Pratt), and Executive Certifications (M.I.T) in Artificial Intelligence and Business Model Innovation.

He is the author of Comcast’s Inclusive Design strategy and brings 23 years of product development expertise in launching products for leaders such as Meta and American Express.

Rob CTO, brings 20+ years of ML driven engineering experience in startups and Blue chip brands, such as Nike and Google, to Reed-AI’s multisensory language-mapping, proprietary sensory markup language, secure and scalable platform architecture, inference accuracy, and audio-haptic interaction implementation.

Rob leads the development of Reed-AI’s Adaptive Sensory Language Platform, managing the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core technologies such as NLP, LCM models, data fusion, and multi-sensory capabilities.

Flynn is a best-in-class Multisensory Design Systems leader, with extensive experience in UX design and front-end development.

He's built and maintained design system frameworks at Verifone, developed scalable UX for IoT at Balena, and created interactive physical-digital experiences at Oak Labs. His expertise in integrating sensory feedback into technology solutions is essential to delivering multi-sensory UI innovation for this project.
