R&D and 0-to-1 product expertise in launching products, and lines of business, for Facebook, Xfinity Mobile, and American Express.

Rob CTO, brings 20+ years of LLM & ML driven engineering experience in startups and blue chip brands (Nike, Avis, Comcast) to Reed AI’s Adaptive Sensory Language Platform, managing the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core technologies.

Flynn is a best-in-class Multisensory Design Systems leader, with extensive experience in UX design and front-end development.

He's built and maintained design system frameworks at Verifone, developed scalable UX for IoT at Balena, and created interactive physical-digital experiences at Oak Labs. His expertise in integrating sensory feedback into technology solutions is essential to delivering multi-sensory UI innovation for this project.

Jon Capaldo is an experienced startup and growth-stage leader with a record of helping ventures at the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and customer engagement scale with speed and discipline. Through leadership roles with Lumi AI, Reale, and other innovative startups, he has guided early teams in refining product strategy, executing go-to-market plans, and building the foundations for long-term growth.
